4-Ingredient Banana Nutella Mini Muffins

Banana, egg, Nutella and whole wheat flour is all that takes to make these delicious bites!

Can we find a pantry without Nutella? That stuff is so lip smackingly delicious, I often find Sylvester licking out of a spoon. Add some mashed banana, egg and whole wheat flour to make a quick and yummy baked treat.

These muffins come together in one bowl and few minutes. A perfect recipe for little ones to make all by themselves:) Do not replace whole wheat flour with all purpose flour!  Wheat flour gives the muffins much firmer and denser texture.

Mash banana well….

Whisk until smooth…..

Divide batter into the prepared muffin pan….

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees….4ing9.jpg

4-Ingredient Banana Nutella Mini Muffins

Ingredients:

1 medium banana, very ripe

1 large egg

1/2 cup Nutella

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Preperation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 24 cup mini muffin pan with 14 paper liners.

Mash banana well.

Whisk in eggs and Nutella until smooth.

Whisk in the whole wheat flour, until just combined.

Evenly fill the prepared muffin cups with batter. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes clean. Place pan on a wire rack to cool completely.

Optional, smear a dash a Nutella on top !!!!

Makes 12-14 mini muffin bites
